R8 Property acquires Fornebuveien 1-3 at Lysaker

Together with Brødrene Jensen AS, R8 Property ASA acquires Fornebuveien 1-3 at Lysaker in Oslo. The property has total areas of 8300 sqm, with an attractive location next to E18 and Lysaker train station. The previous owner, Realkapital Investor, has upgraded common areas both outside and inside over the last couple of years. The property is presently partially rented and partially under refurbishment and development.
