R8 Property acquires Fornebuveien 1-3 at Lysaker
Together with Brødrene Jensen AS, R8 Property ASA acquires Fornebuveien 1-3 at Lysaker in Oslo. The property has total areas of 8300 sqm, with an attractive location next to E18 and Lysaker train station. The previous owner, Realkapital Investor, has upgraded common areas both outside and inside over the last couple of years. The property is presently partially rented and partially under refurbishment and development.
“We are experiencing an increasing demand for office space in the Lysaker-Fornebu area through our coworking concept Evolve Business Space. The property has an attractive location in terms of public transport, as well as good exposure to the E18. We look forward to further developing the property together with Brødrene Jensen AS, which we’ll do combined with filling the building with solid tenants”, says Emil Eriksrød, CEO of R8 Property.
