R8 Property ASA – Clarification regarding Investor Presentation and Information Document

In the Investor Presentation and Information Document published in connection with the listing on Euronext Growth Oslo, R8 Property ASA (the ‘’Company’’) clarifies the following related to the upcoming development project ‘Skien Brygge’:

The documents state that the Company has entered into firm lease agreements with Asplan Viak, Evolve and Choice Hotels. This is not correct, the Company has previously entered into a letter of intent (LOI) with Asplan Viak, which was terminated in Q1, and has LOIs with Evolve and Choice Hotel.

The Skien Brygge development project, of which R8 Property ASA owns 25%, is valued at cost of mNOK 3 in the Company’s balance sheet as of Q1-21, and the above clarification regarding the information in the Investor Presentation and Information Document does not result in any change the Company’s financial statements, Profit/ loss, balance sheet or presented rent-roll.

Further, the Company’s lease agreement with HELFO in Kjelleveien 21 in Tønsberg will expire, according to the lease agreement, July 31th 2022. This is reflected in presented rent-roll in the documents.
