Dokkvegen 8

In 2010, Porsgrunn Business Park was expanded in accordance with a major development plan for the area. The building is located along the Porsgrunn river.

It is a short distance to the city center and the exit to E18. The facility is designed as an office building with two 3-story buildings with a secluded 4th floor. The building is designed for a high degree of flexibility and was given a maritime expression with curved facades facing the river. The building is built on historical grounds but is built for the future. Enova has designated the building as a regional pioneer project based on its low energy consumption and renewable energy consumption.

Dokkvegen 8 has a glass intermediate building with access and common functions such as reception, canteen, meeting room, and WC. There are also fitness rooms attached to the building.

The property is closely located to public transport with only a few minutes walk to the bus stop. It takes 40 minutes to drive to Torp Airport, where there are departures to most major cities in Norway.
